1- Call Us

All Airtel customers can call toll free number 📞 198 for information related to their grievances and services and find solutions in relation to their tariff plan, ISD, STD, Roaming Activation, VAS Deactivation, Service Termination etc.



Also, for general information such as bills, schemes, VAS information, you can call 121 to tell you that this service is chargeable, in which you will have to pay the price at the rate of 50 paise per 3 minutes.

To activate any value added service, you can SMS START to 121 and at the same time you have to send STOP to the same number to deactivate the service.

Apart from this, if you want to contact any other number, then for this, Airtel has given contact numbers for prepaid and postpaid customers according to the location, which you can see according to the location in the table below or given below Follow the procedure like –

How to get Airtel Customer Care Number for Any Location? 

Step 1: First click here to go to the official portal of Airtel.

Step 2: Now on the right side, you will see the option of Select Location for Customer Support. In this, select your location such as Delhi NCR, Chennai, Haryana, Gujarat, Himachal Pradesh, UP East or wherever you are billed.

Step 3: As soon as the location is selected, at the bottom of the Call Us option, you will see different mobile numbers for prepaid and postpaid customers in red color.

Step 4: Now you can call these given mobile number and get customer support.

2: Nodal Team 

If you cannot get satisfactory solution to your problem by talking to Airtel Customer Care Number, then in such a situation you have the option to contact the Nodal Team.



In this, you need your Complaint Reference Number and Greven Detail.

Working Hours of Nodal Team: Monday to Friday and Timing is 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.

3- Appellate Authority

Airtel has also given a third option for complete solution to the customers’ problem which is of Appellate Authority. Any customer can file an appeal with this authority to resolve their problem and not get satisfactory result from Airtel Customer Care Number or you can file your complaint through email, post, person or consumer care number.

Points to be Remember

A) The working hours of the appellate authority are between 9:30 am and 6:30 pm from Monday to Friday.

B) The complaint details (service request number) shared by the Grievance Center should be available at the time of appeal to the Appellate Authority.

C) An appeal must be filed within 90 days of the expiry of the complaint or the resolution time specified by the Grievance Center should be requested.



D) The appellate authority shall provide a specific reference number within 3 days of reporting the issue.

The Appellate Authority will return with the resolution within 39 days from the date of filing the appeal.
