The Central Government had asked these 59 Chinese apps to file replies in the case. In such a situation, it was expected that if the government is satisfied with the response to Chinese apps, then the ban on apps can be lifted. But the answers provided by the Chinese apps to the government have not been received. In such a situation, the return of Chinese apps has been closed forever.
Government did not get satisfied reply from Chinese apps including Tiktok
According to a Live Mint report, the Ministry of Electronics and Information (MeitY) has issued a notification banning 58 Chinese apps, including Tiktok, WeChat, forever. According to the report, the government had sought a response from Chinese apps on the removal of the ban on apps, why should the ban on those apps be lifted. But there has been no satisfactory response from Chinese apps.
208 Chinese apps have been banned
