WhatsApp has introduced a new update under the Google Play beta program, version 220.127.116.11. Hey, let’s know what is special in this new update?
Tech786: WhatsApp has launched the In-App Support Feature under the 18.104.22.168 update. Let us know that this feature is currently available in the beta version. That is, it is only a test feature, that’s why it is available only for certain beta users.
WABetaInfo had already announced that WhatsApp is working on a feature through which you can directly connect to WhatsApp support through your Chat thread. They will help you to fix a bug. This feature will be present for both iOS and Android users.
As previously announced, WhatsApp is working on "Support Chat Threads": they will help you and WhatsApp to manage bug reports.
Support Threads are verified end-to-end encrypted chats and they'll be closed after the issue is fixed.
Availability: in a future iOS and Android update. pic.twitter.com/cv0AV44VLD

WhatsApp eventually released this feature for the Specific Beta tester yesterday. This means that this feature will be enabled for only a few people. If you want to verify that this feature is enabled for you or not, then you can check.
Whatsapp Settings> Help> Contact Us
After this, if you see something like the message given in the screenshot below, it means that this new feature is enabled for you.
If you start a chat thread, WhatsApp will respond to you through group chat. You can see it in the screenshot below.
If this feature will not be available to you, then there is no need to worry about it. For this, you just have to wait and as soon as this feature is updated globally, you just have to update your App from the Play Store.
